21@5 Challenge : Day 19,20,21

"it is as simple as that"

Day 19:

  1. Wake up at 6:30 Am
  2.  Number of hours slept –  6:30 Hrs (Night)
  3.  I  went to bed by 12:00 AM. I decided to not wake up at 5:AM as i had a tremendous amount of physical activity during the day. This decision helped me to wake up with energy and with freshness to enjoy the next day.
  4. I am feeling good that my mind is following my instructions rather than i am following my mind’s instructions which is the case before i decide to wake up early in the morning.

Day 20:

  1. Wake up at 6:00 Am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  6:30 Hrs (Night)
  3.  I  went to bed by 11:30 PM in the night. As we are on the tour, i am just making sure that i am enjoying my day with good amount of physical activity and taking sufficient rest.

Day 21:

  1. Wake up at 5:00 Am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  4:00 Hrs (Night)
  3.  I am in a bus through out the night as i was travelling to another new place . So, i hardly got 4 Hrs of sleep.By 5:00 AM in the morning i woke up and enjoyed the outside view from the bus.
  4. This is the last day in my 21@5 challenge. I wake up at 5:00 AM in the morning on 17 daysout of 21 days. I learned a lot and i am in a position to control my mind to wake up early in the morning.
  5. I am going to write a useful post on how to wake up early in the morning with all the lessons i have learnt in these 21 days and will mention my fabulous experiences.
