Motivation factor to wake up : An exciting and intense work out session
I woke up early even i didn’t have a proper sleep at night.Because, i have a good amount of sleep on the previous day and i ate caefully on the night before. In addition to this, workouts inspire me a lot.
Thoughts in mind : a) To regularize my sleeping habit at night as it is not consistent. b) Be intelligent in choosing what i eat.
