21@5 Challenge : Day 16

you should be strong to change your destiny
  1. Wake up at 4:30 am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  2 Hrs (Morning) + 2 Hrs (Night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  An exciting and intense work out session
  4. I woke up early even i didn’t have a proper sleep at night.Because, i have a good amount of sleep on the previous day and i ate caefully on the night before. In addition to this, workouts inspire me a lot.
  5.  Thoughts in mind : a) To regularize my sleeping habit at night as it is not consistent. b) Be intelligent in choosing what i eat.
