21@5 Challenge : Day 15

You sometimes need to win over your mind even to take rest
  1. Wake up at 10:00 Am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  7:30 Hrs (Night)
  3.  I  went to bed by 3 AM in the morning as there was a get together last night at my home. Fear of being tired and the intense workout session that i have on the next day, made me to decide to not wake up by  5 AM .
  4. Thoughts in mind :  How to create the circumstances that allow me to go to sleep by 10:30 PM ?This is what i am working on.
  5. I am not stretching my body to the extreme when it is tired and asking for rest.I am feeling good about it.
