21@5 Challenge : Day 14

  1. Wake up at 4:30 am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  2 Hrs (Morning) + 5 Hrs (Night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up : Challenging Workout session.
  4.  My fitness level is improving and i am flexible to wake up early in the morning.
  5. Thoughts in mind :  a) Eat consciously. b)  To slowly pickup the productivity at work.
