21@5 Challenge : Day 13

  1. Wake up at 7:00 AM
  2.  Number of hours slept :  2 Hrs (Morning) + 6 Hrs (Night)
  3. I woke up at 4:59 AM and decided to sleep for another 2 hours as i felt the fear of suffering with restlessness which may spoil my travel plans that are 3 days from now.So, i listened to my body and slept for another 2 hours.
  4. I felt very refreshing and felt good about the fact that, i listened to my body and allowed it to take rest.
  5.  Thoughts in mind :   Have to go to bed early as there is a long workout the next day.
