21@5 Challenge : Day 12

  1. Wake up at 4:59 am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  2 Hrs (Morning) + 4 Hrs (Night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  professional work and a TED talk to watch
  4. When you eat and what you eat on the previous day’s night helps you to wake up with the energy in the next morning.
  5.  Thoughts in mind : I want to be conscious on my sleep and want to take more rest, as i am travelling this week.
