Number of hours slept : 2 Hrs (Morning) + 5.5 Hrs (Night)
Motivation factor to wake up : Workout session.
I am recuperating from my thigh injury caused by muscle soreness. I felt a bit refreshed this morning as i am not compromising on the number of hours of sleep.
Thoughts in mind : a) To regularize the habit of going to bed at least by 10:30 PM and to avoid morning sleep. b) To Reduce the intensity of workout till you get accustomed to the new habit of waking up early in the morning. c) To slowly pickup my productivity.
