21@5 Challenge : Day 10

  1. Wake up at 4:59 am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  3.5 Hrs (Morning) + 4.5 Hrs (Night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up : 21@5 Challenge
  4. I am Suffering with thigh injury caused by muscle soreness. It is forcing me to take extra sleep. The big lesson i learnt : Don’t give much pressure to your body , when you start instilling a habit of waking up early in the morning.
  5.  Thoughts in mind :  a)To regularize the habit of going to bed at least by 10:30 PM and to avoid morning sleep. b) To Reduce the intensity of workout till you get accustomed to the new habit of waking up early in the morning.
