21@5 Challenge : Day 9

  1. Wake up at 4:59 am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  3.5 Hrs (Morning) + 7 Hrs (Night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up : Professional work .
  4. I have an excruciating workout on the previous day. I slept for more than 10 Hrs, so as to make my body comfortable to wake up at 5 am the next day.
  5.  Thoughts in mind :  To regularize the habit of going to bed at least by 10:30 PM and to avoid morning sleep.
