21@5 Challenge : Day8

  1. Wake up at 4:59 am
  2.  Number of hours slept :  3.5 Hrs (Morning) + 4 Hrs (Night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  workout
  4.  Thoughts in mind related to the challenge : I am feeling comfortable now to wake up at 5 am. But i felt that i should sleep early at night so as to get a continuous sleep of at least for 7 hrs .
