  2.  Number of hours slept : 1 Hr (Day time)+ 4 Hrs (night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  a) To continue the challenge b) Early morning meeting .
  4.  Thoughts in mind related to the challenge : Should try to get at least 6 hours of sleep at night.
