21@5 Challenge : Day5

  1. Wake up at 4:59 am
  2.  Number of hours slept : 45Mins (Day time)+ 4 Hrs (night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  To continue the challenge.
  4.  As i have slept late at night, i find it difficult to wake up this morning. But curiosity to experience the challenge made me to wake up.
  5. Thoughts in mind related to the challenge : For better sleep & Energy, i should be focused , talk less and avoid dependencies & obligations. Should try to figure out the way to go to bed at least by 10:30PM.
