  2.  Number of hours slept : 1.5 Hrs(Day time)+ 5 Hrs (night)
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  a) To continue the challenge. b) work out. c) Goals
  4. Thoughts in mind related to the challenge :For better sleep & Energy, be productive and focused through out the day, don’t eat after 8 PM.
