21@5 Challenge : Day3

  1. Wake up at 4:59 am
  2.  Number of hours slept : 5 Hrs
  3. Motivation factor to wake up :  a) To continue the challenge. b) Holy hour (Meditation, writing journal ,personality development and blogging).
  4. a) Supporting factors : supporting wife who takes care of my food, my desire to be disciplined . b) Opposing factors : Lack of sleep, restlessness and cold.
  5. Thoughts in mind related to the challenge : Don’t become restless , have a good amount of sleep, be conscious on what you eat  and work efficiently.These things give you energy to continue the challenge.
