The Power of early morning is extraordinary .Thoughts that you think for the first hour after you wake up will have a high impact on your day. We have many ways to leverage the power from the first hour after you wake up. You can go for a jogging, can have coffee and enjoy the sunrise , you can meditate etc… There is a lot of information available in the world on what to do and what not to do early in the morning. You can Google it.
But, There are two things which looks normal and non hazardous but can spoil your day . You should avoid doing these two things in the first hour after you wake up in the morning.
- Don’t Plan your week or Month : You are forced to think of your problems, challenges and responsibilities if you try to plan your week or month in the first hour of the morning after you wake up. First hour in the morning is meant to give healthy food to your mind. The best way to give healthy food to the mind is to think of present moment and get immersed in the present moment.
- Don’t take calls: Never take a call early in the morning .Don’t start your day by listening to other’s problems, by attending to their emergencies and by working for them. The whole day is for you to do that . You are most likely to have an unproductive day if you start your day with a call . First hour in the morning is for you, nobody should take away this time from you.
